Maple Grove Montessori is looking for a warm, observant Lead Guide to join our Primary (3-6) community starting August 2027. You'll lead a classroom of 24 children alongside a full-time assistant, in a bright, well-equipped environment with a strong parent community behind you.

What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment
• Observe each child and give lessons that follow their development
• Keep clear records of lessons, work, and progress
• Partner with families through conferences, newsletters, and daily communication
• Collaborate with our Toddler and Elementary guides on school-wide events

Who we're looking for

• AMI or AMS Primary diploma (or completing one this year)
• At least two years leading a Primary classroom
• Patience, humor, and a genuine love of this work
• Comfortable with classroom management software (we use Transparent Classroom)
